Terms of Service
Last updated: October 25, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of innetworkdental.com and the services offered by InNetwork Dental ("we," "us"). By using the site or purchasing services, you agree to these Terms.
Services
InNetwork Dental provides consulting services to dental practices, offered as three packages: Market Report (local fee analysis and a local employer dental-plan report), PPO Strategy (everything in Market Report plus plan-by-plan keep / renegotiate / drop recommendations), and Full Service (credentialing into new networks, fee schedule negotiations, and recredentialing and renewals). Market Report and PPO Strategy are delivered by email as a PDF report and a spreadsheet you can open in Excel, Google Sheets, or any spreadsheet app. The specific scope of any engagement will be described at purchase or in a separate written agreement.
No guarantee of results
Insurance carriers and networks make their own decisions about fee schedules, credentialing, and network participation. We do not guarantee any fee increase, network acceptance, timeline, revenue change, or other outcome.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide (including your CAQH profile and the provider NPIs you send us), for letting us register as your practice manager in the CAQH Provider Data Portal (formerly ProView) and add your providers to our list (we only enter practice information; each provider then imports it into their own profile, completes the rest, and attests; never send us your CAQH password; please include each provider's NPI in your intake email), for signing all contracts and amendments, for attesting your CAQH profile, and for your own decisions about network participation. Before we start, you confirm that your carrier contracts allow you to share your fee schedules with us. We never request or accept protected health information, and you agree not to send it to us.
Not legal, tax, or financial advice
Our reports and recommendations are business consulting and are not legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. Consult appropriate professionals before signing contracts or making major business decisions.
Fees and payment
Fees are as stated on our website at the time of purchase. Our fees are flat fees only, never a percentage of your fees, collections, or fee increases. All services are invoiced by email. Market Report is priced per market area: a market area is one city and its immediate area; offices you own in the same city share one report, and offices in different cities each need their own. PPO Strategy is $399 per location and includes the Market Report for that location's area, with no separate Market Report charge. One-time services (Market Report and PPO Strategy) are invoiced before work begins and are payable in advance. Full Service is pay as you go, invoiced per application and per fee negotiation; there is no subscription, setup fee, or monthly fee. Refunds: You get a full refund anytime before we start work. Once a Market Report or PPO Strategy has been delivered, it is non-refundable. For Full Service, any application or fee negotiation we have not yet submitted is fully refunded.
Confidentiality
We keep client data confidential. We never share one client's data, such as fees, payments, target rates, plan decisions, or negotiation status, with another client or with the founder's own dental offices.
Data breaches
If a data breach affects your data, we notify you immediately.
Benchmarks
We don't currently offer combined benchmarks. If we ever do, we'll use your data only with your written consent and only in combined form that can't be traced to you.
Deletion of client files
We delete the files you send us 90 days after final delivery (for Full Service, 90 days after the engagement ends), or sooner on request. We keep invoices, signed authorizations, consent records, and a copy of delivered reports as required by law.
Conflict disclosure
InNetwork Dental was founded by a practicing Texas dentist who owns multiple offices; client data is kept separate from those offices.
Third-party information
Reports may rely on publicly available or third-party information about employers, carriers, and fees, which may change or contain errors. Carrier names are trademarks of their respective owners; we are not affiliated with any carrier.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the amount you paid us for the services giving rise to the claim during the preceding 12 months.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page.
